4. Custom & Bespoke Orders
We work closely with you to finalise the design, size, and finish for bespoke orders. Once production begins, changes may not be possible. Please review all details carefully before confirming your order.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment
• All prices listed are in Indian Currency and may be updated without prior notice.
• Orders are confirmed only after full advance payment is received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Production of handcrafted pieces begins only after payment confirmation.
• Because each item is made to order, once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Flower Handicrafts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
