At Flower Handicrafts, your handcrafted wooden wall art is packed with care and shipped across India and worldwide. This Flower Handicrafts Shipping Policy explains how we handle deliveries for all custom and bespoke orders.

1. Shipping Areas
We ship both within India and internationally. We primarily work with reliable courier services such as DTDC and BlueDart, but may select any partner offering the fastest and safest delivery to your location.

2. Production & Dispatch Time
Because each piece is handcrafted to order, production can take up to 1–2 months depending on complexity. Once complete, we dispatch within 3 business days and share your courier slip and tracking ID.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs vary based on destination, weight and dimensions. All charges will be clearly quoted and agreed with you before production begins—never after completion.

4. Packaging & Care
Every item is securely packed using protective foam, custom boxes and padding to minimise transit damage. While we take every precaution, Flower Handicrafts cannot guarantee how couriers handle parcels.

5. Tracking & Updates
You will receive a courier slip with a tracking number to follow your order’s progress until delivery.

6. Damages & Claims
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by email or WhatsApp with photographs. Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery; beyond this timeframe, we assume the item reached safely.

8. Payment & COD
All orders are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. Full payment (including agreed shipping charges) must be made before production starts.
