At Flower Handicrafts, every wooden wall art piece is handcrafted with care. This Refund and Return Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds and damage claims for all orders shipped across India and worldwide.
1. Made-to-Order Items – All our products are custom-made or handcrafted to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production begins. Please review all details carefully before placing your order. This ensures transparency and protects both you and our artisans.
2. Damaged or Defective Items – If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with photographs. Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, we assume the item has been received in good condition and the refund policy no longer applies
4. Refund Timelines – Any approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
5. Non-Refundable Charges – Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes paid to third-party couriers are non-refundable under our returns & refunds policy.
